Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy enterprise software solutions in strict compliance with federal standards (NIST, FISMA, FedRAMP).
- Conduct comprehensive system analysis to identify requirements, optimize performance, and ensure scalability.
- Manage complex IT projects, ensuring adherence to strict timelines, budgets, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies into legacy federal systems and modernize infrastructure.
- Ensure data integrity, cybersecurity, and accessibility across all federal networks.
- Mentor junior analysts and provide technical guidance to the development team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems analysis or IT project management within the federal sector.
- Active Secret or Top Secret security clearance is required.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Strong understanding of federal IT policies, cybersecurity frameworks, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
