Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain complex federal IT systems and networks.
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal security standards, including FISMA and DIACAP.
- Manage user access control, authentication, and identity management systems.
- Conduct regular system audits and vulnerability assessments to safeguard sensitive data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to upgrade infrastructure and resolve technical issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Active Top Secret Clearance or eligibility to obtain one.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal IT environments.
- Proficiency with Cisco networking, Windows Server, and Linux administration.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices and incident response protocols.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
