Responsibilities

- Mentor junior analysts and developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Conduct thorough system testing, quality assurance, and performance tuning.
- Provide expert technical guidance during project lifecycles, from concept to deployment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in systems analysis and software development.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
- Strong expertise in SQL database management and relational data modeling.
- Experience working within a government or large-scale enterprise environment is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Agile/Scrum certification is a plus.
