Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive system analysis and design to support state initiatives and improve operational efficiency.

- Oversee the software development lifecycle (SDLC) using Agile and Waterfall methodologies to ensure timely delivery.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior analysts and developers within the department.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in systems analysis or application development.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, .NET, C#, or Python.
- Strong database management skills with expertise in SQL and database design.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is highly preferred.
