Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and closing top-tier technical talent for 2026 strategic projects.
- Talent Sourcing: Leverage advanced sourcing tools, Boolean searches, and social networking (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow) to identify passive candidates.
- Client Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, define job specifications, and build accurate talent maps.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a consistent flow of qualified candidates through the recruitment pipeline to meet aggressive hiring targets.
- Process Optimization: Continuously improve recruitment processes, interview techniques, and candidate experience to reduce time-to-hire and improve quality of hire.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with a proven track record of filling engineering roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, or AI/ML).
- Technical Fluency: Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, agile methodologies, and technical skill sets relevant to the industry.
- Sourcing Skills: Expertise in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and advanced sourcing tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to think strategically about long-term hiring needs and workforce planning.
