Responsibilities

- Prepare environmental documentation (CEQA/NEPA) for major infrastructure initiatives
- Coordinate with local agencies, stakeholders, and community groups
- Develop transportation demand management strategies
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Present findings to executive leadership and public bodies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of transportation planning experience with public agencies
- Advanced proficiency in GIS (ArcGIS) and traffic modeling software
- Expertise in CEQA/NEPA documentation processes
- Strong project management skills with demonstrated budget oversight
- Valid California driver's license
- Master's degree preferred
