Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Civil Engineering Technology or related field
- 2+ years of experience in transportation engineering or construction
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and transportation modeling software
- Valid North Carolina Driver's License with clean record
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with MUTCD standards and DOT regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in field conditions and variable weather
