We are currently accepting applications for our Phoenix-based team to lead the modernization of our web platforms.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain secure, high-performance web applications using modern technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Ensure web applications are fully responsive, accessible, and compliant with state and federal standards.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to maintain high coding standards.
- Perform system analysis, troubleshooting, and debugging to resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Implement data security protocols to protect sensitive government information.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Experience with backend technologies (e.g., PHP, Node.js, or .NET) is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of database management systems, including SQL.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced government environment.
