In this role, you will lead the development of our core smart contracts and ensure the security and integrity of our multi-chain ecosystem. Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and audit complex smart contracts primarily in Solidity and Rust for the Ethereum and Solana ecosystems.
- Implement rigorous security best practices and conduct internal code reviews to prevent vulnerabilities.
- Optimize gas usage and improve transaction throughput for high-volume DeFi protocols.
- Integrate smart contracts with front-end applications and web3 wallets (e.g., MetaMask, WalletConnect).
- Collaborate with the product team to define technical requirements and roadmap for future protocol upgrades.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in blockchain technology, interoperability standards, and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically in blockchain development.
- Deep expertise in Solidity (v0.8+) and experience with Rust for Solana or Substrate development.
- Proven track record of deploying and maintaining production-grade smart contracts on mainnet.
- Strong understanding of cryptographic principles, consensus mechanisms, and decentralized consensus.
- Experience with development tools such as Hardhat, Foundry, Truffle, and Web3.js/Ethers.js.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
