Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate complex administrative projects and case files.
- Ensure strict adherence to federal regulations, privacy laws, and agency policies.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, veterans, and internal teams across multiple regions.
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of performance reports and metrics.
- Maintain accurate databases and records for both Texas and Charlotte, NC locations.
- Conduct regular training sessions and mentor junior staff members.
- Participate in strategic planning meetings to improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- United States Citizenship is mandatory for this position.
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a government, military, or high-level administrative role.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and government-specific case management software.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
