Role Overview:
In this pivotal role, you will serve as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. You will ensure the smooth flow of information across departments, manage essential records, and support the daily administrative functions of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage high-volume incoming mail, email, and fax correspondence with professionalism and accuracy.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate electronic and physical filing systems.
- Answer and route incoming telephone calls, addressing inquiries or escalating to the appropriate staff.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute routine memos, reports, and correspondence.
- Assist visitors and staff with administrative needs, ensuring a welcoming and efficient office environment.
- Process requisitions for office supplies and equipment as needed.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of administrative support experience in a corporate or government setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer navigation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and mandatory state health screenings.
