Responsibilities
- Operational Management: Oversee and manage daily office operations, including reception duties and data entry, specifically during weekend shifts.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional assistance to the public, vendors, and staff, resolving inquiries and processing requests efficiently.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic and physical records of government documents and case files.
- Reporting: Prepare and compile weekly reports on departmental activities and statistics for management review.
- Coordination: Collaborate with weekday staff to ensure seamless handover of responsibilities and continuity of services.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree or certification in business administration preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced office environment.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with government database systems.
- Schedule: Must be available to work a consistent weekend schedule (e.g., Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM).
