Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to support weekend reporting operations and ensure compliance with state regulations.
- Maintain the integrity and accuracy of sensitive citizen data during off-peak hours.
- Collaborate with permanent staff to resolve discrepancies and optimize reporting workflows.
- Prepare detailed weekly summaries and statistical reports for senior management review.
- Assist in the implementation and troubleshooting of new state government software systems.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all taxpayer information and agency records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Data Science, Public Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or government administration.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and Python for data manipulation.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident eligible for a state security clearance.
- Ability to work a rotating weekend schedule (Saturday/Sunday) with flexibility for overtime.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and excellent written communication.
