Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a government, administrative, or customer service role.
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and state-specific software systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse populations.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
