Role Overview:
In this role, you will bridge the gap between government policy and public execution. You will handle sensitive data, coordinate with federal and local departments, and ensure that our administrative processes meet the highest standards of compliance and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume data entry and document filing for state and federal records with 99% accuracy.
- Act as the primary point of contact for citizens visiting the facility, providing clear and professional guidance.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of government reports and public notices.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies and equipment to ensure operational readiness.
- Collaborate with local government liaisons to facilitate inter-agency communication.
- Update and maintain the organization's database systems and contact information.
- Ensure strict adherence to all state privacy laws and administrative regulations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role within a government or corporate environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and government-specific software.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to obtain and maintain necessary government security clearance.
- Valid Driverβs License is preferred.
