Responsibilities
- Coordinate state-funded public health programs across El Paso County
- Manage grant budgets and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Health Sciences, or related field
- 3+ years of program management experience in government/nonprofit
- Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and data analysis tools
- Bilingual fluency in English/Spanish (required)
- Valid Texas Notary Public commission (preferred)
