Responsibilities

  • Conduct Comprehensive Assessments: Evaluate the social, emotional, and economic needs of families and children to determine appropriate services and support systems.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work (BSW) or a related human services field required. Master’s degree (MSW) preferred.
  • Licensure: Current Florida licensure as a Licensed Social Worker (LSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) is required.
  • Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse populations.
  • Technical Proficiency: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and state case management software.
