Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain the organization's network infrastructure and hardware systems.
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for end-users across various departments.

- Manage software licenses, patch management, and system upgrades to ensure operational efficiency.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in IT system administration or network engineering.
- Strong knowledge of Cisco networking, Windows Server, and virtualization technologies (VMware).
- Experience with government IT systems and compliance standards is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
