Responsibilities
- Manage and file complex tax documents and correspondence with 100% accuracy and adherence to archival standards.
- Input sensitive data into state databases and record management systems using established protocols.

- Assist weekend walk-in patrons with document retrieval and basic inquiries.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM.
- Previous experience in a government or high-volume office setting is preferred.
