Responsibilities
- Define the technical roadmap for AI systems projected for mass adoption in 2026.
- Lead the architecture design for scalable, agentic AI frameworks and autonomous agents.
- Conduct high-level R&D on emerging paradigms such as Neuromorphic Computing and Quantum AI interfaces.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate futuristic concepts into actionable engineering specs.
- Establish best practices for AI safety, ethics, and governance.
- Mentor senior engineers and guide technical strategy across the organization.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML architecture, engineering, and leadership.
- Deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical architectures in high-growth environments.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
