Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications and system designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop, test, and implement software solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
- Perform system integration testing and troubleshoot complex technical issues in a production environment.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide comprehensive training to end-users.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation for all systems, including technical manuals and process flows.
- Monitor system performance and recommend optimizations for efficiency and speed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in systems analysis, software development, or IT consulting.
- Strong proficiency in Java, SQL, and JavaScript or equivalent programming languages.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools like JIRA.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effectively interacting with non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Florida Class C Driver’s License (if applicable to role requirements).
