Responsibilities

- Conduct field inspections and ensure compliance with regulations

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of transportation engineering experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in North Carolina
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and GIS software
- Strong knowledge of MUTCD and NC transportation standards
- Experience with NEPA documentation and permitting
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Valid NC driver's license
