Responsibilities
- Design and oversee highway/bridge construction projects
- Conduct traffic impact studies and analysis
- Manage project budgets and schedules
- Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations
- Coordinate with contractors and local agencies
- Review engineering plans and specifications
- Investigate transportation system issues
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- 3+ years of transportation engineering experience
- PE license (Michigan or eligible)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
- Strong knowledge of MUTCD standards
- Experience with project management software
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Valid Michigan driver's license
