Responsibilities
- Oversee design and construction of major highway/bridge projects
- Ensure compliance with FHWA, ODOT, and MUTCD standards
- Manage project budgets and timelines using Primavera P6
- Conduct field inspections and resolve technical issues
- Prepare engineering reports and permit applications
- Mentor junior engineers and coordinate with contractors
- Analyze traffic data and recommend infrastructure improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of transportation engineering experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Oklahoma
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and MicroStation
- Experience with FHWA compliance and NEPA documentation
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license
- Strong knowledge of AASHTO design standards
- Experience managing construction contracts
