- Collaborate with emergency services during major incidents
- Maintain compliance with WSDOT safety protocols
- Analyze traffic flow data using advanced software tools
Qualifications
- 3+ years in transportation operations or traffic management
- Valid Washington State driver's license
- Proficiency with ArcGIS or similar mapping software
- FEMA Incident Command System (ICS) certification
- Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts during emergencies
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
- Experience with traffic signal timing systems
- Pass criminal background check for government clearance
