Responsibilities
- Manage full lifecycle of transportation projects from conception to completion
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and federal/state agencies
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
- Prepare progress reports for stakeholders and regulatory bodies
- Oversee environmental compliance and permitting processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of transportation project management experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Strong knowledge of federal/state transportation regulations
- Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, AutoCAD)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license
