Responsibilities
- Manage multimodal transportation projects from conception to completion
- Coordinate with federal, state, and municipal stakeholdersDevelop and maintain project budgets and timelines
- Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and safety standards
- Lead cross-functional teams including engineers and contractors
- Prepare progress reports for executive leadership
- Implement sustainable transportation solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or related field
- 5+ years of project management experience in transportation
- PE license or PMP certification preferred
- Proficiency with project management software (MS Project, Primavera)
- Strong knowledge of Massachusetts transportation regulations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing capital improvement projects over $1M
