Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections of highways, bridges, and traffic control systems
- Document infrastructure conditions using digital reporting tools
- Assist in emergency response during weather events or accidents
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory
- Operate specialized equipment for road marking and signage installation
- Collaborate with engineering teams on improvement projects

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid Texas Class C Driver's License (Class A preferred)
- Minimum 1 year infrastructure maintenance experience
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Proficiency in digital data collection systems
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
