Responsibilities
- Screen passengers, baggage, and cargo using X-ray technology and CT scanning equipment.
- Identify and resolve threats, including weapons and explosives, to ensure aviation safety.
- Provide exceptional customer service to travelers while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Operate and monitor security screening equipment, ensuring it is functioning correctly.
- Follow strict security protocols and regulations at all times.
- Stand for extended periods and be available for rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or National.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Ability to pass a medical examination (including vision and hearing tests).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long durations.
