Responsibilities
- Screen passengers and their property using advanced imaging technology and X-ray equipment.
- Identify and prevent potential security threats while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Enforce security regulations and policies consistently and fairly.
- Provide exceptional customer service to travelers, including assisting individuals with special needs.
- Perform bag checks, pat-downs, and other screening procedures as required.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain an efficient and secure checkpoint environment.
- Complete all required training and certifications in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Must be willing to undergo a thorough background check, drug screen, and medical assessment.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment fitness-for-duty test.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in various weather conditions.
