Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Answer and screen incoming phone calls, routing them to the appropriate staff members.
- Prepare and organize correspondence, memos, and meeting agendas.
- Assist in maintaining the office inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
- Support senior staff with travel arrangements and scheduling.
- Ensure the reception area and common areas are neat and professional.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen to meet federal employment requirements.
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite, email, internet navigation).
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and a customer-service mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
