Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive audits of maritime security protocols at Jacksonville Port Authority
- Enforce federal compliance standards for cargo vessels and cruise operations
- Coordinate with CBP, FBI, and Coast Guard on threat assessments
- Develop emergency response plans for port security incidents
- Train port personnel on regulatory compliance procedures
- Generate detailed compliance reports for DHS headquarters
- Lead interagency task force operations during security alerts
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and active security clearance required
- 5+ years in federal regulatory enforcement or maritime security
- Expert knowledge of 33 CFR (Coast Guard) and MARPOL regulations
- Advanced certification in risk management or port security
- Proven crisis management experience in critical infrastructure
- Proficiency in CBRNE detection protocols
- Ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance within 90 days
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean record
