Responsibilities
- Analyze and negotiate complex federal contracts for defense-related goods and services
- Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS regulations and agency-specific policies
- Manage contract lifecycles from solicitation to closeout
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and program management teams
- Conduct market research and cost analysis for procurement decisions
- Maintain accurate contract documentation in the FPDS system
- Support audits and regulatory compliance reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years federal contracting experience
- CPCM or DAWP certification required
- Proficiency in FPDS-NG and e-procurement systems
- Expert knowledge of FAR/DFARS and procurement regulations
- Ability to obtain and maintain Secret clearance
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- U.S. citizenship mandatory
