Responsibilities

  • Manage, monitor, and maintain the organization's local and wide-area network infrastructure to ensure 99.9% uptime.
  • Configure, install, patch, and troubleshoot Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office 365 environments.
  • Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols, including firewalls, antivirus, and intrusion detection systems.
