Responsibilities
- Perform daily maintenance of public facilities, parks, and roadways
- Operate heavy machinery and specialized equipment safely
- Respond to emergency infrastructure repairs during off-hours

- Ensure compliance with OSHA and municipal safety protocols

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Florida Class B CDL license preferred
- Minimum 2 years in public works or construction
- Certification in heavy equipment operation (bulldozer, excavator)
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Basic computer literacy for reporting systems
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
