Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support for federal government networks and applications.
- Administer and maintain security protocols to ensure full compliance with federal regulations (NIST).
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software issues for government clients.
- Conduct regular system audits and vulnerability assessments to mitigate security risks.
- Document technical procedures and maintain detailed service logs for audit readiness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system upgrades and security patches.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Active Secret Security Clearance or ability to obtain one.
- Experience with Microsoft Server environments and Active Directory administration.
- Familiarity with federal IT standards, such as FISMA and DIACAP.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
