Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for federal clients, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
- Manage and maintain Active Directory environments, ensuring strict user access compliance and security protocols.
- Monitor system performance and implement necessary patches and updates to maintain FedRAMP compliance.
- Document all incidents, resolutions, and configuration changes in the Service Desk ticketing system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to upgrade systems and improve overall IT service delivery.
- Conduct security assessments and assist in the preparation for external audits.
- Ensure all technical documentation is up-to-date and accessible to the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Active Secret or Top Secret clearance (preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or systems administration within a federal or government environment.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Windows Server, and Linux environments.
- Experience with ITIL framework and incident management processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
