Responsibilities
- Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and recommend policy improvements.
- Prepare and submit timely reports to federal and state oversight bodies.
- Maintain accurate records of government contracts and compliance documentation.
- Assist in the coordination of community outreach programs and public service events.
- Manage high-volume correspondence and inquiries from the public regarding state services.
- Conduct audits of departmental procedures to ensure adherence to local and federal regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in government, public sector, or administrative roles.
- Strong knowledge of state and federal compliance standards and regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and government-specific software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex policies to the public.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening as part of the security clearance process.
