Responsibilities
- Sort and process incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently and accurately.
- Load and unload trucks, vans, and other mail transport vehicles safely.
- Operate postal equipment, including sorting machines and scanners.
- Provide exceptional customer service to the public, including answering inquiries and resolving issues.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and postal policies during operations.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident eligible for employment.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical ability to lift packages weighing up to 70 lbs repeatedly.
- Valid driver’s license (Class C) is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
