Responsibilities
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of federal IT infrastructure and networks.
- Ensure strict adherence to federal regulations, compliance standards, and security protocols (NIST, FISMA).
- Lead a team of junior developers and analysts to deliver high-quality software solutions on time.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for critical data systems.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support or engineering within a federal or government contracting environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field (or equivalent work experience).
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one.
- Proficiency in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and virtualization platforms.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and incident response procedures.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
