Role Overview
As a Senior Cybersecurity Analyst, you will be the technical lead for security compliance and risk management within our Columbus operations. You will work directly with federal clients to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive data.
Responsibilities
- Lead the assessment, monitoring, and analysis of cybersecurity risks for federal systems.
- Ensure compliance with NIST, FISMA, and FedRAMP security standards.
- Oversee security authorization packages and continuous monitoring activities.
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing support.
- Respond to and investigate security incidents in accordance with incident response plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security best practices and controls.
Qualifications
- Active Top Secret clearance with eligibility for SCI access.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in information systems security or IT auditing.
- Certification: CISSP, CISM, or Security+ required.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, and encryption technologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
