Responsibilities
- Lead the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to state regulations and deadlines.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, preferably within a government or large enterprise environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience with PMP, CAPM, or similar project management certifications.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state procurement processes and compliance standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical audiences.
