Responsibilities
- Conduct advanced system analysis and design solutions to meet complex government requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize functional and non-functional requirements.
- Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Lead the troubleshooting and resolution of critical system outages and performance issues.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture and process flows.
- Perform code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior analysts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Systems Analysis or a related technical role within the public sector or large enterprise.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, Java, and .NET technologies.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and security clearance process.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and communication abilities.
