Responsibilities
- Process and adjudicate veterans' disability claims with 99% accuracy
- Conduct comprehensive benefit eligibility assessments for veterans and dependents
- Provide expert guidance on VA healthcare, education, and compensation programs
- Maintain detailed case records using VA's electronic systems
- Collaborate with medical professionals to verify service-connected conditions
- Deliver exceptional customer service to veterans and their families
- Comply with all federal regulations and VA policies
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in benefits administration
- Proficiency with VA systems (VBMS, VBA) and Microsoft Office Suite
- VA Form 10-2850c application completed
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
- Experience working with veteran populations preferred
- Knowledge of 38 CFR Title 38 regulations
