Responsibilities
- Develop and implement emergency health response protocols for county-wide crises
- Oversee $5M+ public health grant programs and budget allocations
- Collaborate with CDC, state health department, and community stakeholders
- Analyze epidemiological data to inform policy decisions
- Lead cross-departmental health initiatives addressing health disparities
- Manage 15+ member public health team including specialists and support staff
- Prepare federal compliance reports and strategic health improvement plans
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- Minimum 7 years progressive public health administration experience
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) or equivalent credential
- Proven crisis management experience in government or healthcare

- Advanced data analytics skills with health information systems
