- Lead cross-departmental compliance training workshops
- Prepare monthly compliance reports for state legislature review
- Manage stakeholder communications regarding regulatory changes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Law, or related field
- 5+ years regulatory compliance experience in government sector
- Valid Arizona State Compliance Certification (ASCC)
- Expert knowledge of Arizona Revised Statutes Title 41
- Advanced proficiency in regulatory tracking software (e.g., ComplyManager)
- Proven ability to manage high-volume compliance cases
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to obtain Top Secret clearance within 30 days
