Responsibilities
- Process and review incoming federal applications and documentation with high accuracy during weekend shifts.
- Conduct preliminary interviews and screenings for prospective candidates to ensure eligibility.
- Maintain strict compliance with federal regulations, privacy laws, and agency protocols.
- Collaborate with the weekday operations team to ensure seamless workflow transitions and data integrity.
- Update and maintain secure databases of federal personnel records and case files.
- Assist in the coordination of security clearances and background checks.
- Respond to inquiries from applicants regarding application status and procedural requirements.
Qualifications
- United States Citizenship is required for all federal positions.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative, clerical, or customer service roles.
- Excellent typing speed (45+ WPM) and proficiency with MS Office Suite and government databases.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with absolute confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently during non-traditional hours (weekends).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
