Responsibilities
- Analyze federal, state, and local regulations to ensure compliance and identify process improvements.
- Prepare detailed policy briefs, memorandums, and presentations for senior government officials and stakeholders.
- Coordinate inter-agency communications to streamline workflows and project delivery.
- Conduct research on legislative changes and their potential impact on ongoing federal programs.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables for government contracts.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of personnel security clearance packages.
- Perform data analysis to support decision-making for federal grant management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a federal, state, or local government environment.
- Active Top Secret or Secret security clearance (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Strong understanding of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and government contracting processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and government-specific data management systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
