Responsibilities
- Research and analyze healthcare policy trends, legislation, and regulations
- Develop comprehensive policy briefs and recommendations for Cabinet leadership
- Collaborate with state agencies on Medicaid and public health programs
- Prepare legislative testimony and public policy communications
- Monitor federal/state healthcare initiatives and assess local impact
- Lead cross-functional project teams on policy implementation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of policy analysis experience in government or healthcare
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis and statistical software
- Strong written communication with legislative report samples
- Knowledge of Kentucky's healthcare system and Medicaid programs
- Valid Kentucky driver's license
