Job Overview:
The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative support to federal program managers, ensuring the smooth operation of office functions and compliance with government regulations.
Responsibilities
- Manage and organize incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring timely responses to federal agencies and stakeholders.
- Process Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests and maintain strict adherence to confidentiality protocols.
- Coordinate complex calendars, schedule high-level meetings, and prepare briefing materials for senior leadership.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems in strict compliance with federal record-keeping regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of detailed reports, invoices, and procurement documentation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, acting with a professional demeanor at all times.
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain up-to-date databases.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in a federal, military, or government-related environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.
- Strong attention to detail with the proven ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of federal procurement or compliance procedures is a significant plus.
- Associate’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Public Policy, or a related field.
